29 Stops in Paradise
The Nautical Ladder will consolidate the Sea of Cortez as a world-class tourist destination by incorporating a system of nautical stops by incorporating 29 ports (5 mobile), 1 land bridge, 3 integral tourist regions, and 22 integrally planned costal towns that have very pleasant natural conditions. The plans surrounding this innovation will include a huge increase in revenue as well as permanent employment opportunities over the next four years.
The Sea of Cortez project will make tourism the productive sector that will promote the conservation of the ecosystem of the region. The entire project is embodied in three programs: the integral tourism regions and coastal localities. It includes:
